Thanks for your opinion Nilene. It was my first time posting a shot so I didnt know how well it would turn out. I kinda agree with the bear, it does take up most of the photo. I'll keep practicing and might send in something to go with one of the challenges or a past challenge.

Good luck to all the contestents still in the competion.

I stumbled onto this thread and its pretty amazing; good job to the judges for creating and maintaining the contest.

This thread is getting pretty massive. With the help of a mod, you could create a sub-thread with just the assignment and judges' crtiques, and sticky it!

Finally good luck to the remaining contestants!

Man I missed a lot of conversation when I went bowling tonight... Someone fill me in. =P

Also I could use some good, inexpensive dye combos to go with the armors I got last night. ^_^

OMgod, find me ingame, I LOVE talking about ritualist dye colours, I have a few concoctions that work like wonder. We're the only Ritualists in the competition so we must team up! Go rits go!

Decided on a couple combos for two armors and then straight dye on the other two. Should be interesting.

Hmm, I guess this assignment does make a bit more sense now that you cleared up your thoughts behind it, LadyNilene. I'm still not entirely happy that it kind of works against those who have less armor, but oh well. I'm not going to let that spoil the fun of taking screenies all over GW. And I love writing descriptions of each town's armor specialty, great job in coming up with that part of the assignment!

Also looking forward to the interview. Another great idea, and will probably let the judges have a little more insight into each model and how they work.

Drama? drama's all part of the show baby. Even the judges editing is for suspense, well at least thats what I read.
You said it girl. Disagreements and fiery emotions are all part of the show.

Red+Silver gave me a pretty nice color, but its expensive. I need to go out farming again to get back to even, but I dont have many places to go. I gotta get back the cash and amber I had saved up for my little monk when she got to HzH, but that prolly wont be for a while.

It's a bit disheartening to hear people call plus size models "fat" when I am about the same size (and I am in my correct body weight for height).
Heh, well, I'm a little "overweight" for my height. A lot of it is muscle (weightlifting chicks FTW!). So I just tell people, go ahead, call me "fat", see how you feel when you're laying on the ground bleeding. :: cackle :: Ahem.

Looking forward to this round of pictures - it should be very cool to see!

Yeah I get about that with the red+silver. Thats what my exotic armor used to look like before they updated the dyes. But at that time it was I think Purple+Remover.

I used red plus dye remover on my rit's armor before the dye update, it made a very nice hot pink.

I forget did we still have to crop the pictures to 464x468?

Edit: I just leveled up in my Photoshop ability... Didn't know I could specify a box size...

Guess that just shows that even a typesetter can learn things. =P

Alrighty. I'm assuming she only wants us to send the cropped versions and not the full to go with it, but unless you know otherwise.

I sent in only the cropped versions, since I don't think there was anything about needing to send in full versions too. It would be a lot of pictures to go through if everyone sent in cropped AND full.
